Architectural Study for the Reconstruction of Residential Buildings

In the coastal zone of eastern Thessaloniki, the architectural study for the reconstruction of two existing residential buildings, originally built in 1972, has been completed. The project is developed on two adjacent plots of land, each covering approximately 4,000 sq.m., and aimed to upgrade seaside living in a location distinguished by its unique natural features and high aesthetic value.

The study highlights our office’s overall architectural approach, combining functionality, aesthetics, and respect for the environment. By giving new life to the two buildings, the project contributes to the sustainable enhancement and vitality of the area, while further strengthening its character as a coastal destination.
